Level 2 and level 3 Avaya engineers with the ability to work on Avaya Session Manager and System Manager. Avaya certifications are preferred.

Level 2 and level 3 Cisco Unified Communications engineers with a minimum of 5 years of project experience. Cisco certifications are preferred.
